SaaS Website Redesign Demo
Demo content — replace before launch. A placeholder project showing how a website redesign case study is laid out.
Development
WordPress and WooCommerce builds with a content model your team can actually use, tracking configured from the start, and performance treated as a requirement.
Sound familiar?
What is included
Establishing what the site has to achieve and which existing pages are carrying the result, so a rebuild improves on the current site rather than resetting it.
Page structure, URL hierarchy and navigation planned before design, so the site can grow without the menu becoming unusable.
Layouts designed against real content at the widths your visitors actually use, with touch targets, reading measure and form usability treated as design decisions.
Clean, standards-compliant builds using native WordPress editing. No page-builder dependency, so the site is not hostage to a plugin licence.
Product structure, checkout flow and payment configuration, plus the reporting needed to see where carts are actually being abandoned.
Connecting the site to your CRM, booking system, ERP or payment stack, with sensible failure handling rather than silent breakage.
Working to a page-weight budget: image formats and dimensions, font loading, script deferral and query efficiency, measured before and after.
Headings, canonicals, structured data, sitemap behaviour and a redirect map built with the launch — the things that are costly to retrofit.
Scheduled updates, backups, uptime monitoring and a tested restore path, so maintenance is not the thing everyone defers.
Process
Seven stages, each with a defined output, so it is always clear what has been decided.
Understand the business, the offer and the constraints. Output: a written problem statement you agree with.
Examine the site, accounts, tracking and CRM as they stand. Output: findings and a prioritised fix list.
Decide the order of work and why. Output: a roadmap with a stated sequence.
Structure, interface and content model settled while changes are cheap. Output: approved designs and a content plan.
Development, configuration and content production. Output: a working build on staging.
Release with redirects, tracking and reporting verified. Output: a live release and a launch record.
A standing cycle of review and change. Output: regular reporting and an updated roadmap.

Questions
Not by default. Builders add weight and tie the site to a licence. We build on native WordPress editing with patterns for the layouts you reuse. If you already run a builder and want to keep it, we will work with it and be clear about the trade-offs.
It can, and that is usually down to redirects and changed page structure rather than design. We inventory current URLs and their performance, map every one to its destination, and verify the redirects at launch.
That is a build requirement, not an afterthought. The content model is designed around what your team needs to change regularly, and handover includes documentation and a walkthrough.
Yes. That normally starts with an audit covering plugin load, performance, security posture and what is safe to remove — some of which people are surprised to find is not load-bearing.
Maintenance is optional and separate: scheduled updates, backups, monitoring and a tested restore path. If you would rather handle it in-house, the handover documentation covers what needs doing.
Works well with
These are the services most often combined with this one, and the reason the whole programme tends to outperform any single part.
Applications scoped to what has to be proven first, then extended on evidence.
Paid campaigns built on tracking that has been proven rather than assumed.
One team accountable for strategy, build, campaigns, content, CRM and reporting.
