CRM Automation Build Demo
Demo content — replace before launch. A placeholder project showing the layout of a CRM and GoHighLevel case study.
Development
Discovery, interface design and staged delivery — starting with the smallest build that answers the riskiest question.
Sound familiar?
What is included
Structured sessions to establish the problem, the user, the constraint and the assumption the project depends on — before anything is estimated.
Reviewing how the task is done today, where it breaks, and what would have to be true for people to change their behaviour.
Low-fidelity flows to settle structure and navigation while changes are still cheap, tested against the real task rather than a happy path.
A component-based design system covering states, errors and empty screens — not just the screens that appear in a pitch deck.
The narrowest build that puts the core idea in front of real users, engineered so it can be extended rather than rewritten.
Android and iOS delivery, native or cross-platform, chosen on the requirements rather than on preference, with the trade-offs written down.
Browser-based applications where reach and update speed matter more than device integration.
Connecting to the systems that already hold your data, with authentication, rate limits and failure states handled deliberately.
Functional, device and regression testing, store submission where relevant, and a release process that can be repeated.
Platform updates, dependency patching and issue triage after launch, which is when most applications are quietly abandoned.
Process
Seven stages, each with a defined output, so it is always clear what has been decided.
Understand the business, the offer and the constraints. Output: a written problem statement you agree with.
Examine the site, accounts, tracking and CRM as they stand. Output: findings and a prioritised fix list.
Decide the order of work and why. Output: a roadmap with a stated sequence.
Structure, interface and content model settled while changes are cheap. Output: approved designs and a content plan.
Development, configuration and content production. Output: a working build on staging.
Release with redirects, tracking and reporting verified. Output: a live release and a launch record.
A standing cycle of review and change. Output: regular reporting and an updated roadmap.

Questions
It depends on what the app has to do. Heavy device integration and demanding performance favour native; broad reach on a fixed budget usually favours cross-platform. We make the recommendation during discovery and write down the trade-off rather than defaulting to one.
Often, yes. It starts with a code and architecture review so we can be honest about whether continuing or restarting is the better value — and sometimes the answer is restarting.
You do. Code is delivered to your repository throughout the project, not at the end, so you are never dependent on us to access your own build.
We prepare and submit builds where that is in scope. Store review outcomes are controlled by the platforms, so we prepare for their requirements but cannot promise approval timelines.
After discovery, not before. Estimating a feature list without understanding the constraints is how projects slip, so discovery is scoped and priced separately and is useful to you even if you build elsewhere.
Works well with
These are the services most often combined with this one, and the reason the whole programme tends to outperform any single part.
WordPress and WooCommerce builds that stay fast and your team can edit.
Follow-up that happens whether or not anyone remembers to do it.
One team accountable for strategy, build, campaigns, content, CRM and reporting.
Next step
Tell us what you are building, improving or scaling. We will suggest the combination of strategy, development, marketing, content and automation that fits — including when that is less than you expected.
