CRM and automation
Pipelines, lead capture, calendars and automated nurture configured so enquiries are answered quickly and nothing sits unattended.
Sound familiar?
What is included
Mapping how enquiries arrive today, where they stall and what is not being recorded — the basis for everything that follows.
GoHighLevel or comparable CRM configured from scratch: users, permissions, calendars, domains and messaging.
Stages that mirror how your team actually sells, with defined entry and exit criteria so stage counts mean something.
Forms, landing pages and inbound routes wired into the CRM with source and campaign attribution captured at the point of entry.
Availability, buffers, routing and confirmations, so a prospect can book without an email exchange.
Sequences that fire on real triggers, written to sound like a person, with unsubscribe and consent handling built in.
Reminder sequences before appointments and structured follow-up after them, which is where no-show rates are usually addressed.
Longer sequences for prospects who are not ready yet, segmented by service interest and behaviour rather than sent to everyone.
Internal routing, task creation, notifications and handoffs, so the process does not rely on memory.
Connecting the CRM to your site, ad platforms, calendar and finance tools, with pipeline reporting that reconciles against spend.
Process
Seven stages, each with a defined output, so it is always clear what has been decided.
Understand the business, the offer and the constraints. Output: a written problem statement you agree with.
Examine the site, accounts, tracking and CRM as they stand. Output: findings and a prioritised fix list.
Decide the order of work and why. Output: a roadmap with a stated sequence.
Structure, interface and content model settled while changes are cheap. Output: approved designs and a content plan.
Development, configuration and content production. Output: a working build on staging.
Release with redirects, tracking and reporting verified. Output: a live release and a launch record.
A standing cycle of review and change. Output: regular reporting and an updated roadmap.

Questions
No. We are not a GoHighLevel partner, reseller or affiliate, and we would not claim otherwise. We work in the platform regularly and configure it for clients; the licence and account remain in your name.
No. It suits businesses wanting capture, pipeline, calendars and messaging in one system, but if you already run a CRM that works, the better project is usually fixing the process inside it rather than migrating.
It does when sequences are written as marketing broadcasts. We write them as the messages a good salesperson would actually send, keep them short, and make sure a real reply reaches a real person.
Usually. Migration scope depends on the state of the current data, and part of the audit is being honest about what is worth bringing across — importing years of unqualified records rarely helps.
Your choice. We hand over with documentation and training, or continue managing it as an ongoing engagement. Either way the account stays in your name and you retain full access.

These are the services most often combined with this one, and the reason the whole programme tends to outperform any single part.
Paid campaigns built on tracking that has been proven rather than assumed.
